- Which plan do I need?
- Count everyone who needs to log in, you included. Just you is Solo. Two to five is Crew. Six to fifteen is Team. Up to forty is Fleet. The tools are the same on all four.
- What happens when the free days run out?
- You get 14 days free. A card starts the trial, and nothing is charged that day. When the trial ends, we charge your plan’s monthly price. The card page shows the exact date. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Is there a contract?
- No. It’s month to month. Cancel from Settings whenever you want. You keep using it through the month you already paid for. We don’t refund part of a month.
- What if I hire someone?
- Move up a plan. When you’re at your plan’s limit, JOBENS asks you to switch before you add someone. Your clients, jobs, and history stay right where they are.
- Does each helper get their own login?
- Yes. Each person logs in on their own phone. Helpers only see the jobs you put them on, and they clock in from the job.
- Can I bring my clients over from Jobber?
- Yes. Export your CSVs from Jobber and drop them in. Clients, services, and jobs come across, and duplicates get skipped. There’s no fee to switch.
- Can I get my data out if I leave?
- Yes. It’s yours. Timesheets download as a CSV from the app. For a copy of your clients, jobs, and invoices, email hello@jobens.com and we’ll send it.
- Do my customers need an app?
- No. They approve quotes and pay from a link on any phone.
- Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?
- No. Solo is $29 with the same tools as every other plan. There’s no setup fee and nothing to add on later.
