Privacy

The short version

We collect what we need to run your account and send the quotes and invoices you ask us to send. We don’t sell your list. Your clients are yours. Email hello@jobens.com if you want a copy or a delete.

Who we are

JOBENS is operated by NETRAID LLC, Rochester Hills, Michigan. This policy covers jobens.com and the app you log into there.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash, company name, plan, billing email.
• What you type in: clients, addresses, phones, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos, timesheets, notes, website copy.
• Usage: logins, device, IP, which pages load, errors, so we can keep it up.
• Payments: Stripe handles cards. We store customer and subscription IDs, not full card numbers.
• Mail: Resend sends quotes and invoices. They see the from/to and the letter, same as any mail host.
• Optional: push subscription, GPS points when a crew clocks in, creator codes, support tickets.

What we use it for

To run the product you signed up for, bill the plan, send the mail you hit send on, catch abuse, and tell you when something in the app changes. We don’t use your client list to sell other people’s software. We don’t sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Hosts we need to run JOBENS: Neon (database), Vercel (the site), Stripe (billing and pay links), Resend (email). They only get what that job requires. We may share if the law requires it, or with a buyer if JOBENS is sold — same rules would apply. Crew you invite see what’s in your company. Clients see the quote, invoice, or portal link you send them. That’s it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie so you stay logged in, a theme preference, and a short-lived creator referral cookie if you arrived on a code (90 days). No advertising pixels. No cross-site tracking from us.

How long

Account data while the company is open, plus a short archive after cancel so we can reopen or settle a bill. Billing records as long as tax rules need. You can export from the app. Ask us to delete and we’ll remove what we’re not required to keep.

Your clients

When you store a homeowner’s name and address, you’re deciding that. JOBENS is the processor for that data; you’re the business they hired. Show them your own privacy note if you need one. A client who got a JOBENS pay link can email us and we’ll point them at you, or delete what we can if you’re gone.

Kids

JOBENS is for businesses. We don’t knowingly take accounts from anyone under 18.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Connections are encrypted. Staff masquerade (if we ever log in as you to fix a ticket) is logged. No system is perfect — tell us at hello@jobens.com if you think something’s wrong.

Changes

We’ll update the date at the top. Material changes get a note in the app or an email. Michigan law. See also the terms.
